Strawberry Cream Cheese Danish

This post may contain Amazon or other affiliate links. Read my disclosure policy.

So you like cheesecake? Puff pastry? Strawberries? This ones for you! Impress your guests with this super simple, but super delectable danish. You’ll be the MAN at any brunch party you bring these too. If you don’t eat them all first!

That was my first helping… HELP ME.

I ate like 6 of them the day I made them. Oops! Goodbye bikini dreams… HELLOOOO tasteful muumuu dress.

These are relatively simple to make, you could even make the filling a day ahead. For the puff pastry you just need to cut them into little rectangles and use a knife to score a frame. This helps the edges puff up in an orderly fashion. DO NOT cut all the way through.

More like a rectangular square.

Shove those babies in the oven after you add your filling and watch them rise.

RISE!

Then eat them all yourself, or I guess you could share them. If you want…

Just one?
That’s more like it…
