Sweet Dutch Baby

These babies are pretty easy to make, all the elements of a pancake, but no need to stand in front of the stove flipping cakes. Plus it’s super impressive looking.

Put ALL THE THINGS on it.

It’s really like a big edible bowl for any tasting filling you can dream up! Whipped cream, curds, fresh fruit, compotes, or apple pie filling. You could also leave off the sugar and make a savory version.
