Meringue Snowmen

Cute decorative cookies that you’ll have to fight the kids from eating. I always struggle with how to make a snowman for my gingerbread house. Then I realized I could just make it out of meringue! DUH. SO much easier.

Just a simple meringue cookie recipe, piped in the shape of a snowman! Use a round icing tip, as you would for macarons. Hold bag perpendicular and pipe a large mound, then a smaller one on top.

Decorate the snowman using edible markers or melted chocolate.
