Shape pizza dough and place on an oiled and cornmeal covered pan.
Brush dough with olive oil.
Sprinkle cheese evenly, add the amount you like.
Place onions and tomato slices on pizza. Break apart bacon and place around the pie.
Season with red pepper flakes, omit if you don’t want spice.
Bake for 10 minutes and take out to add eggs. Crack 2 or 3 eggs into a bowl, carefully drop eggs onto pizza. Place back into the oven to bake about 10 more minutes. Till eggs are set, but still wobbling. Crust should be golden.
Garnish with fresh basil and parsley—salt the eggs. Serve!
