Ingredients
FRITTERS

fresh corn

flour

corn meal

milk

egg

baking soda

tsp
salt

tsp
cayenne pepper

tsp
onion powder
Oil for frying
SPICY AIOLI SAUCE
½
cup
mayonnaise
1 ½
tbsp
of honey
1-1 ½
tbsp
of sriracha
½
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
lemon juice
½
tsp
dijon mustard
Instructions
FRITTERS
In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Add in milk, egg, and corn. Stir until combined.
Shape 1 ½ tbsp mounds into patties.
Heat ¼ inch of oil in a pan.
Fry on each side for 3 minutes. Should be a golden brown.
Drain grease on a rack over a cookie sheet or on paper towels.
SAUCE
Combine all ingredients. Taste and add more of each ingredient as needed.
Store in refrigerator.
