Small Batch No Yeast Apple Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

plain yogurt

Cooking spray or butter for ramekins
FILLING

brown sugar

cinnamon

apples peeled and chopped into small pieces
ICING

cup
powdered sugar

tbsp
butter melted
¼
tsp
vanilla
1 ½
tsp
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
Add sugar, salt, yogurt, milk and butter.
Mix well until dough comes together.
Roll out dough into about a 12” x 5” rectangle and ¼” thick.
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon filling.
Smear softened butter on dough to the edges, sprinkle sugar filling on top of butter.
Place chopped apples on top.
Roll up the dough from the short end. Cut into 4 rolls.
Place into small greased ramekins or muffin pan and bake 15 - 18 minutes or till golden brown.
Mix together icing ingredients till smooth and no lumps. Add more or less sugar to get desired consistency.
