Super Basic Granola with Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients

cups
rolled oats
¼
cup
vegetable oil
½
tsp
vanilla
1/4
cup
brown sugar
3
tbsp
honey
2
tbsp
maple syrup
Pinch
salt
⅓
pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250.
Pour oats and pumpkin seeds into a bowl. Add salt, cinnamon and sugar. Smash sugar clumps and combine well.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Drizzle wet into the dry and mix well.
Line cookie sheet with parchment.
Pour mixture on to pan. Smooth out to a flat layer.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring 3 times.
