Sausage Gravy
Ingredients

ground pork breakfast sausage

butter

flour

milk

Instructions
Melt butter in a shallow pan.
Brown sausage meat.
Sprinkle meat with flour, mix around. Cook for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Add milk, salt, and pepper—stir. Allow to bubble and turn down heat to medium / low. Sauce should start to thicken. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
Serve on biscuits, toast, or english muffin.
