Chocolate Banana Bread

ripe bananas

plain greek yogurt

vanilla

baking soda

melted butter

cloves

cinnamon

chocolate chips + a few for the top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease bread pan with butter or cooking spray.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add melted butter and vanilla. Combine.
Mix in eggs and yogurt.
Stir in both sugars till creamy.
Add flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Mix until well incorporated.
Sprinkle in the chocolate chips and combine till evenly distributed.
Pour into greased bread pan. Place a few chocolate chips on top.
Bake 50 - 55 minutes, turn halfway through for even cooking. Test with knife or skewer through middle for doneness. Should come out clean.
Wait for the pan to cool, gently turn over onto cooling rack to completely cool.
