Ingredients

sugar or honey

packet of yeast

olive oil for dough

oil for drizzle

Instructions
Add yeast and warm water to mixer bowl. Let bloom for 10 minutes.
Use bread hook attachment.
While mixer is on low, slowly add in the flour. Add sugar and salt.
When flour is mostly incorporated, pour in oil and turn mixer to medium speed.
After the dough has come together and has been mixing for about 5 minutes, turn off the machine.
Flour a surface, scrape dough out of bowl and knead for 10 minutes.
Grease a bowl with oil and form dough into a ball. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 50 minutes, should double.
With oil saved for drizzle, use ¼ of it to oil a pan.
Mold dough into desired oval, square, or circle shape in pan. Cover and let rise 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Poke finger holes through out dough evenly. Pour remaining oil over bread, add any seasonings you desire here. I recommend using at least salt.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
