Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
- ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 ½ tbsp corn syrup
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan heat up corn syrup and cream. Bring to simmer and take off heat.
- Add chocolate and let it sit for a minute before stirring.
- Stir till smooth and shiny.
