Mix warm water and milk together with yeast. Let sit for 5 mins to wake up the yeast.
Add butter, flour, sugar, honey, butter and salt. Using a dough hook, beat on high for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and mix on medium till the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl. Dough should be smooth.
Knead dough on a floured surface for 3 - 4 minutes. Form into a ball.
Grease a large bowl with olive oil. Roll the dough ball over in bowl to coat. Cover with a cloth or plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge overnight, if making the same day, let rise 1 hour or till doubled in size. Next morning let the dough warm up on the counter for 30 minutes.
Gently punch down dough to deflate. On a floured surface shape dough into a loaf that fits into the bread pan. Place in an oil greased pan seam side down. Place oiled plastic wrap or cloth loosely over pan. Let rise 40 - 60 minutes or until it forms a dome over the pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove cover and bake 32 - 37 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
