Easy & Simple Fattoush Salad

head of romaine or butter lettuce sliced

grape tomatoes halved

cucumbers cut bit sized

flat leaf parsley
loosely packed

of a red onion diced
Pita chips
sightly crushed
Goat cheese or Feta

Radishes Sliced
DRESSING
Juice of ½ a lemon

white wine vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

salt

tsp
pepper

tsp
garlic
Instructions
Chop all vegetables and toss in a bowl. Break apart goat cheese and add to salad.
Add dressing and pita chips and mix before serving.
