Chocolate Toffee Cookies
Ingredients

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt

2 sticks butter, softened
3/4

granulated sugar
3/4
cup
packed brown sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
large eggs
1 ½
cups
12-oz. pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
½
cup
toffee chips
Salt flakes for sprinkling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Whip softened butter and sugar till well incorporated.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
Add egg one by one and mix in vanilla.
Gradually add in flour.
Stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
Scoop out heaping tbsp lumps and shape into balls. Place 6 on a pan. They will spread out! Smoosh down top slightly.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle salt flakes on top.
