Thin Salted Chocolate Toffee Cookies

Tasty toffee chips and chocolate with a sprinkle of salt flakes. A bit crunchy and a bit chewy.

Oh Yeah!

By just omitting some flour from your regular Nestle Toll House chocolate chip recipe, the cookies will spread out for a thinner cookie. Add some toffee chips and salt flakes and you’ve got a cookie that transcends the mundane (yet still delicious) chocolate chip.

Look! They are stack-able bro!

The salt flakes help counteract the sweetness from the toffee. Otherwise the cookie would be ultra sweet without any salty relief! If you are into that kinda thing… well that’s ok too 🙂
