Chocolate Pie
Ingredients

refrigerated pie crust

evaporated milk
5 oz can

eggs beaten

flour
1 ¾
cup
sugar

vanilla
Pinch
salt

cocoa powder

oz
semisweet chocolate
¼
cup
butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place crust in a greased 8” spring form pan or 9” pie pan. Poke holes on bottom of crust with fork.
In an off heat saucepan mix sugar, salt, cocoa powder, and flour.
Whisk in evaporated milk and vanilla.
Beat eggs and stir into cocoa powder mixture. Turn heat on to medium. Cook stirring constantly till bubbling.
Turn down to simmer. Add butter and semisweet chocolate. Stir until melted.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until crust is not wobbly in center.
