You won’t find any spinach in this smoothie! Tasty peaches, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and yogurt. Great for breakfast or as a healthy dessert! Also a good way to trick a kid into thinking they are getting something “bad”. Just throw some whipped cream on top. HAHAHA FOOLS!
It’s pretty easy to always have these ingredients on hand. All the fruit can be frozen and you can keep some cartons of almond milk in the cupboard. I usually have yogurt in the fridge at all times.
I like to freeze whats left over in single serve containers and defrost them overnight to eat in the morning.
Peach Mixed Berry Yogurt Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
